Festive Advent Boxes with Raechelle!
Hello! Raechelle here sharing these beautiful Festive Boxes created using the fabulous new Festive collection!
I printed each patterned paper and solid paper from the ‘Festive’ collection onto 8.5” x 11” cardstock paper., then using a gable house/box die (purchased from Amazon last year), I created 12 boxes and die cut the roof scallops from the solid papers.
Once the boxes were assembled and the roof “shingles” were adhered, I began to add all the fun details!
Each wreath was die-cut using one of each of the two green solid papers from the collection (unknown die); a total of 24 wreaths were cut, 12 of each green, which were then created in layers of two- one of each green. These were then adhered to the front of the box.
The numbers were cut from the Festive Stickers sheet and placed in the middle of each wreath using a foam dot.
I fussy cut the gorgeous poinsettias, leaves, and berries from the Poinsettia patterned paper and placed them atop of the wreath.
I chose twelve of the fabulous stickers to add on top of each roof and finished off with a simple white twine bow.
While these boxes were a bit time consuming and a labor of love, they will stand up to years of use!
I hope I’ve inspired you to create a gift of Joy!
