December Daily 2020: Day 19
Good morning December Daily enthusiasts! Today I’m scrapbooking about my love this year for sappy Hallmark-style holiday romance novels with some really fun stamps from Kellie Stamps!
The first thing I did was create a background pattern using a collection of stamps from Kellie in gray ink! It’s a fun and subtle nod to the theme that turns into part of the design - one of my favorite stamping techniques!
Next, I arranged my photos and one of the cards from my #StayHome for the Holidays collection in a grid, matted with gold vellum, and changed the sentiment on the card from “movies” to “books” with letter stickers. I don’t love holiday movies so I wanted to make the change semi-obvious.
I also re-used the currently reading stamp from Kellie and added some snowflake stamps from Cocoa Daisy to create a custom embellishment for the center of the page! Then I embellished with some older product from my stash and called it good!!
