Theresa - Radiate Joy Freebie

Hi friends, I chose to follow this template almost exactly this time, with one kind of major change. Last spring I had the honor of assisting River with shopping and prepping for prom, and we had the absolute best time together. I wanted to document River’s excitement for the day leading up as I had already documented the event itself for their album. When I pulled up photos for this layout, however, I had one more photo that I wanted to incorporate and draw extra attention to. So I added it in the center alongside the title, lightly at an angle in contrast to all the other elements that are very much on the grid. I’ve used the gorgeous Radiate Joy collection with its lovely blues, that stunning woodgrain, and the pale orange coral. I’m so happy to have this documented and I hope you are inspired to create too!

Nikki - Flower Child

I love keeping true to a sketch so for this month I knew I wanted to find a collection of photos that I could use on this layout! My daughter and I always take these fun and funny photoshoots so it was perfect for a 6 photo layout! I used the Flower Child collection because it just vibed so well with my daughter and enlarged one of the stickers to use as my title. I wanted to make sure to use more of the pretty patterns so I created flip ups as well!

Noemi - Aflutter

The fun thing about sketches is that you can take them literally or just get inspired by the composition or number of elements. In this case, I decided to change the squares to circles and used Aflutter, which is one of my favorite collections, to document a very girly event, just like the vibes in the collection. I love playing with pattern sizes, so for the base of my layout, I used 12x12 papers, and I cut the circles from 6x4 cards that have smaller patterns. Similarly, I like to print stickers in various sizes to play with the clusters of elements and add dynamism to the design.

Melissa - Jack & Skelly

I absolutely love the Jack & Skelly collection so that's what I decided to use for my layout.  All of these papers you can download from Traci's website and print. The stickers and letters...everything that I embellished the page with are all print & cut items. Once you download then you drag into cricut design space and out pops these cute yet spooky images. I did add a little mixed media and stamping around the edges of my page to give another pop of color. I'm documenting photos of Dale & I at the Halloween Glow 2024. I took a ton of photos at this event! I used the Jack & Skully collection previously to document this event. I'm going to continue on until I get them all completed. It's nice that I can keep printing more papers and stickers if I run out.

Ronelia - Flower Child

This was the PERFECT sketch to incorporate lots and lots of photos and I have been waiting for a sketch like this to document this story for Addelie’s baby album. I used Flower Child because it is one of my favourite TRD collections and I use it a lot in this album so it’s nice to be consistent. I didn’t change much from the sketch other than changing the sizes of the photos and journaling cards.

Donna

This sketch is perfect if you like to include a lot of photos. I chose several pictures of my daughter from the start of her Grade 4 level. With a careful selection of elements, the Bookish collection matches perfectly with the theme I am aiming for. I created several clusters of elements and the white alphas in the middle perfectly tied everything together.
