Focus On: Anywhere But Here 4.0
Happy Sweet Steals Tuesday! It’s time for another 50% off event for one of my favorite past collections and this week we’re focusing on a collection I made in 2021 for Travel after a year of Lockdowns appropriately named Anywhere But Here!
Bonus! It’s 50% off for this week’s Sweet Steals event - including the brand new already-discounted Anywhere But Here Bundle!

I usually love to use travel collections in a more discreet way and the Anywhere But Here collection definitely made this possible! I love that Traci always includes a few basic patterns that work really well with the collections and that’s what I chose to use as my background for this layout. I added quite a few Ellies before printing the paper out and getting this page set up to live in my notebook. I was able to match this collection with my photo almost perfectly, even though I did not have a ton of colors to play off of, and I loved the results!

I always do love a great travel layout, and Anywhere But Here rocks those layouts every time! I started with a very simple linear page design, using the bottom half of the page for patterns, photos, and embellishments. I wanted to have a little fun with the ribbon and the room key, so I made those look like they were tied to the layout along with two other little tags. I did something a little different with the top half of this layout: I added a larger photo tucked in with a similar border as the other photo. I also housed my journaling up in the top left with some of the adorable florals and word strips. Happy Crafting!

Traci Reed’s “Anywhere But Here” travel collection is timeless. I first created a layout with the collection in January 2022, and now in April 2025, the collection is still current and made it super easy to make a coordinating page. Both layouts feature photos I took from a plane in 2012 on the way to Las Vegas, showing off the western terrain of the Grand Canyon. The first layout featured a photo of the plane aisle, the interactive map on the back of the seat (do they even have those anymore?) and one shot from the plane’s window.
My new layout features a large photo of the Grand Canyon that I’ve centered on the page. I had six extra photos that I wanted to include, so I divided them into two clusters and placed them on the opposite sides of the large photo. One of my favorite things to do lately when I create layouts is to use frames OVER my photos. I find it’s such an interesting way to draw attention to certain details. I loved mixing the more dimensional elements, like the GETAWAY Scrabble tile title, the ribbon, the camera, and the plane with lots of tickets and paper pieces like labels, word strips, and florals. I used the same striped paper from the first layout on this one so that the pages coordinate, but don’t necessarily look like a double page layout. If you’re finding yourself with travel, exploration, or adventure photos, Traci’s “Anywhere But Here” collection is a perfect choice. I believe it will continue to be a classic that will make layouts that stand the test of time.

One of our favorite things to do is travel. The Anywhere But Here collection is perfect for scrapping all your travel adventures. In this layout I grabbed one of my favorite photos from what I like to call our roadtrip from hell. One thing about memory keeping is that you can always look back on things that weren’t that great and still smile. Template is from Fiddle Dee Dee!

Travel season is coming and one of my favorite travel collections from Traci is the Any Where but Here collection. The colors are bright and fun and there is a huge variety of ephemera pieces to document any type of holiday travel. For my layout I documented some road trip photos, and I love the result. If you are looking for a new travel theme-inspired collection for your next road trip I highly recommend the Anywhere but Here collection.

The Anywhere But Here travel collection can be used for so much more than just travel pages. I used this collection to document one of our little local adventures to a new brunch & coffee place. The colors and patterns in this collection are just so versatile.
