From Digital to Paper with Celia
I have got to admit it, I'm a little obsessed with the Wildflower collection right now. With its soft color palette, and perfect mix of masculine and feminine touches I find it superb for documenting both my daughter and son from Spring through Summer.
I started off my page by adding some ribbon and rick rack pieces from the kit to the woodgrain pattern paper I chose for my background. I then grabbed a smoosh of green water color also from the embellishment pack in the kit and added that to my background. I love how it adds so much detail and depth with such little effort.
The photo I'm scrapping today is of my son shooting clay pigeons with his dad and uncle on a beautiful spring day, so I cut out the "Bloom" l from the cut file pack and the phrase "& boom" from the navy alpha pack to create my title.
I used one of the stickers as a journaling spot and sprinkled hearts, creased down the middle, around the page to bring in more color and pattern without making the page too feminine. I snuck in a few flowers and had to add a pair of sneakers in there too, because they're too adorable not to include.
I love all the tiny words bits and labels in the stickers, so to finish off my page, I popped a couple at the top to write my date in later.
