Scrapping In The Bookish Book Journal with Traci!

I LOVE tracking my reading but, other than Goodreads, I generally poop out after a few months because most of the time, I’ve tried tracking in a bullet journal or something of that sort. This year, I decided to print the Bookish Book Journal as standalone pages so that I could add a little more flair to the album and maybe make tracking more fun!

What better way to start off my 2025 book journal than with a recap of my 2024 reading with some journaling about what I did and didn’t enjoy about my reading life in 2024 and what I’d like to be different in 2024. I printed various graphics from both Fable and Storygraph (you can follow me on either of those platforms if you want to get away from Goodreads and support women-owned apps!) and used them to set the stage.

I inserted the collage of all my book covers from last year in the center back to back using my FREE 6 Ring Album Tag Cut File and on the left is a Fable graphic that sums up my eclectic reading habits in 2024 which I adhered to the outside of a folded journal card and surrounded with stickers from the Bookish collection.

On the other side of the rings, I wanted to include a few more graphics, but even the cutest graphics aren’t THAT cute on this side, so I decided to create a waterfall pull to add in some journal cards from the Bookish collection to break up the boring-ish graphics. Again, I surrounded the waterfall pull with more stickers from the Bookish collection, including one from the FWP sticker sheet available only in the Bookish Bundle!

I love how this page turned out and I think it’s the perfect start to this new book journal, incorporating my love of scrapbooking, reading, and nerdy data all in one!
