A Not-So-Scary Layout Share with Jack & Skelly

I know that Halloween is supposed to be “scary” but the majority of my Halloween photos over the years are spooky-sweet! That’s why I wanted to create the Jack & Skelly collection with its adorably cute illustrations that are happy, not scary!

As soon as I drew the skeletons in this collection, I knew I had the perfect photos to use!

I, for one, think it’s ok to celebrate the fun things about Halloween and not just the creepy things, so this layout just makes me so happy!

I used a ton of the embellishments from the digital kit, printed and cut on my silhouette machine and one of the templates from Feiddle Dee Dee’s “Your Biggest Fan” template set to create this adorable layout.

I also added puffy and acrylic stars as well as a fun line of moon confetti to the arc formed by the pie pieces to get a little more dimension and texture going on the page.

But really, the star is the title, which is a printed piece from the digital kit - I love those Marquee alphas!
