Working with a the Weekender Collection to Finish That Album with Karidan!

Well we have started putting away all the December Dailies or Christmas albums at the end of January (or at least I did!) YAYYYY! Whether you finished it or left it for next November now WHAT??

I felt like there were just a MILLION projects that I needed to revisit and start finishing up! My son’s albums were definitely neglected through the holidays, that Week in Life project is just sitting among the piles and well my travel albums that ALWAYS get pushed to the side!

With another family trip looming next month I decided to pull out that album and finish what I started! 

Last year Traci put out an AMAZING travel kit with great add ons to go with it that I just had to revisit! This trip was to Chicago and I started this album with the Weekender Collection when it came out and that is just one huge tip I have to complete a large album like this: Use just ONE collection, but make sure it has what you need to finish! The Weekender Collection had many add ons to make scrapping your vacation a breeze!

In this section of my album, we stopped at the famous Giordano’s and enjoyed our first deep dish Chicago pizza! So I just knew the Good Eats add on in the Weekender Collection would be PERFECT for this section of my album and would also coordinate with the rest of the album for some continuity throughout. It also takes the decision making out of the process and allows you to complete more pages quickly! 

I am so excited to have another section of this album done and almost ready to move on to the next day! Trust me this was a short trip PACKED full of events and we were exhausted getting home BUT it is one our kids still talk about to this day! And I am happy to know that the Weekender Collection can carry me through this whole trip since it is just packed full of goodies!
