Becky - Bountiful

As soon as I saw this sketch I knew that I wanted to scrap these three autumn photos and use Bountiful as the colour palette is absolutely perfect for them. I stuck pretty much to the sketch, just building the embellishment clusters up a little bit and adding a journalling box as I always journal on my layouts!

Raechelle - Strong AF

This sketch was a great starting point for these photos of myself walking with our dog. The new Strong AF collection was a perfect match for this page, and lieu of a long title, I added more photos.

Emiley - 5K To Win

Using sketches is my favorite way to get creative when I’m feeling stuck. This sketch created by Traci is great and was absolutely perfect for creating a layout using 5K To Win about Fun Run day at our elementary school!

Tarrah - Festive

Sketches are an awesome starting point and this one was great to work with! I loved that I could document a special Christmas moment using the gorgeous Festive collection.

Torey - Felicity

This week’s sketch was so fun to work with! I chose to work with the Felicity collection and document a recent trip to a Strawberry Festival here in our town. I made quite a few adjustments for my pictures and the size album I am working with to get this layout completed. I sized everything down to fit on a 6x8 layout, chose to use only 2 photos and to leave my photos in a portrait orientation so I wouldn’t cut off anyone’s face. I also swapped out the banners at the bottom of the sketch for some circles because I loved the circle labels in the Felicity sticker set so much!

Caroline - Strong AF

I had every intention of creating a 12x12 layout for sketch ... but when it came to printing my photos I just knew I wanted to work at Traveller’s Notebook size and Traci’s sketches are always SO easy to convert into different sizes!!
I decided to work with the new Strong AF collection as I am absolutely in love with the colour palette and it works so well for so many stories! I opted to add in a fourth photo so that I had a balance across the two pages of my TN.
As my photos were light and bright I opted to work with the subtle dot as my background and matmy photos on that gorgeous lilac grid paper which has to be one of my fave papers in this collection!! I just LOVE the soft shade and how versatile it is! I will be printing this paper out ALOT as I just can’t get enough of it (which is my BIG love with printable collections - I don’t have to be conservative as I can just print more!!
I decided to frame my spread with two borders on the outer pages rather than the full frame that is on the sketch and I think that adjustment works nicely.
