Thankful30 Days 1-9
Thankful30 | Cover
I'm embracing an *actual* traveler's notebook for my Gratitude Project this November in the hopes of keeping it simple (*cough* yeah right) and so I'm using the beautiful TN from the Cocoa Daisy Gather collection (with touches of the Umber & Gold Collecotion all month long! I embellished the cover with papers, tags and die cuts and it's ready to go!

There are just over 30 single pages that don't have a quote on them in this book so 1 page a day should work out perfectly!
Thankful30 | Days 1-2
This year for Thankful 30, I’m working on two pages at a time in my Gather traveler’s notebook from Cocoa Daisy using (mainly) the papers and embellishments from the Gather and Umber & Gold Collections.
For days 1 and 2, I wanted to use up some of the paper scraps on my desk so I came up with these two fun pages!
Thankful30 | Days 3-4
It's been another 2 days of gratitude keeping and today I'm grateful for these two cards from the Cocoa Daisy Gather collection that went so well with my journaling!
I really wanted to lean in to the tags that are in the Gather kit, so I cut my journal cards into tag shape (adhering the one on the left with a washi hinge so I could access both sides) and then used a few of the chipboard tags to embellish as well!
Since I'm trying to keep this TN in one piece (which I am generally unable to do because I'm such a bulky scrapper) I peeled the majority of the chipboard off the pieces so that they were nice and flat!
I'm keeping a few things consistent in this album:
1) A single photo, the same size every day (2x2.667 - which is a 3x4 sized to 2" wide) and stamped numbers using the number set + ink that came in the gather collection.
Thankful30 | Day 5
Today in my Gratitude journal is just 1 day because the traveler's notebook had that beautiful full page sentiment that I (of course!) added to with some stamping and leaves!
I used the Umber & Gold collection in from Cocoa Daisy in lieu of the Gather collection because the colors in the sentiment matched it perfectly and I still have goodies left over from Umber & Gold I want to use up!
I admit, I rarely use the patterned rectangle stickers on the memory keeping sticker sheets so I challenged myself to use them today and I LOVE it! I need to use them more often!
Thankful30 | Days 6-7
Days 6 and 7 of my Gratitude Journal are in the books! Both of these pages were blank grid, so I wanted to tie them together with a block of color. I chose to use one of the large tags from the Gather collection by Cocoa Daisy horizontally and then add some scraps and washi strips for lots of pops of pattern! I love the tonal stamping on the tag too!
Thankful30 | Days 8-9
Today I am grateful for...the terror twins, the god kittens, #AresAndApolloReed and more specifically how they came into our lives when I said I didn't want more animals, especially cats, but we needed them more than we knew! I combined both days into one story to capture both babies (with their respective favorite humans) and let that gorgeous watercolor paper do the talking on the page!
