Strong AF Chat-GPT Inspired Instagram Hop!
Happy Strong AF Saturday! Today we’ve got nine amazing projects for you using the brand new Strong AF collection, all inspired by prompts that Chat GPT spits out for us! It’s a super-fun and silly way to get inspired by a collection and the team had a ton of fun! Check out all the prompts and layouts below!
Traci
"Running Free" - Highlight your love for running with photos of scenic routes, race bibs, and running shoes. Add journaling about your running goals, training tips, and memorable race experiences.
This prompt was perfect for me and I decided to go back to 2019 to my first race where I placed 3rd overall in women and 1st in my age range! I love this memory and I thought that it deserved a new 9x12 treatment as I start going back through my old albums and re-scrapping some things at a new size.
I printed the 9x12 with the purple grid paper and paint from the digital kit, as well as the photo strip and typed details directly on the background, and then used a combination of digital kit embellishments, stickers, and journaling cards to create a dynamic cluster around my photo!
Pro tip: I overlapped my letters in photoshop to create my title so that when I print and cut them, they printed and cut as one piece so that I wouldn’t have to place them individually!

“Healthy Habits" - Arrange photos of nutritious meals, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Add journaling about your favorite healthy recipes, meal prep tips, and the benefits of clean eating.
Eating healthy foods has been on our target list for healthy living over the last decade or so! What we eat definitely affects our health, and last year we added a fun challenge to our efforts: how many different vegetables can we cook with and eat each week? That is what I chose to document using this ChatGPT prompt for the Traci Reed Designs Strong AF Instagram Hop! The prompt calls for arranging photos of yummy dishes and fruits and vegetables, so I went through our photo folder from 2023 and found some examples of us cooking, and some photos of our yummy vegetable-filled foods. I printed out the hexagons in the digital kit along with some of the florals to use around the page, plus I printed and cut the Strong and Healthy word art. I also added some of the wonderful affirmations to celebrate what we are doing and all that we have learned in this fun – and delicious – journey! Everything is housed on top of patterned papers from the collection. What a great prompt and I am thrilled to be able to document this part of our journey.

"Dance Your Heart Out" - Feature photos of dance workouts or dance-themed fitness classes. Use vibrant colors and playful patterns to capture the energy and joy of dancing.
While my prompt may have been exercise, focused, dancing at any point can be the best exercise for your body and soul. The joy that dancing brings is the best kind of endorphins that I can think of. That pure joy of dance was something I experienced when we celebrated my newest daughter-in-law at her bachelorette party in Nashville.
My pocket page shows off all the beautiful patterns, and how versatile this kit is. Everyone got in on the dancing action including my son, the groom, wearing the cowboy hat and vail. I love using pocket pages because you can tell several different mini stories in each pocket. We stayed at a fun speakeasy Airbnb, so there were lots of fun opportunities and dancing there as well . I really loved how the girls supported each other with their crazy, singing and dancing and how empowering it felt !!

"Fit for Life" - Use images of nature, such as trees and mountains, to symbolize outdoor workouts. Include photos of hiking trails, camping trips, or beach runs to showcase your active lifestyle.
Although I don't run or walk as much as I should, I do however enjoy a beach walk and sometimes I take a photo!
I chose a triangle design for my layout and backed some of the triangles with the papers from the Strong AF collection!
I embellished with some of the titles, flowers and the envelope all from the Strong AF collection.

"Mind, Body, Soul" - Create a zen-inspired layout with calming colors and images of yoga poses. Incorporate journaling about the mental and emotional benefits of exercise, meditation, and mindfulness.
A new chatGPT challenge! This time I loved the title "Mind, Body, Soul" and decided to use it literally. The original prompt suggested using images of yoga poses, but since I don't have photos on that theme, I decided to represent other activities that I do to take care of my mind, body, and soul. The Strong AF collection is ideal for motivating us with the small and big habits we do daily that benefit our health in the long term.

"Healthy Mind, Healthy Body - Use calming colors and imagery to represent the connection between mental and physical health. Include journaling about how exercise helps reduce stress, improve mood, and boost overall well-being.
I have major surgery coming up next month on my jaw and the nerves are certainly starting to kick in! This prompt spoke to me immediately because I want to go into this surgery with a healthy mind AND body. One is so so important to the other.
I’ve chosen the blues (mostly) to work with and a done a fairly monochromatic layout talking about how I want to approach the lead to up to my surgery to come out the other end stronger, both mentally and physically. I’ve also used images and the title to really emphasize the things I will be focusing on.
Tracie
"Stronger Every Day” - Use bold, empowering fonts for the title. Include photos of workout equipment like dumbbells and resistance bands. Add motivational quotes about strength and perseverance.
This prompt and collection were perfect to document my Wednesdays in the gym! For the bold title font, I used the fabulous alpha included in the digital kit. I remembered to take some photos in the gym and my trainer even took some photos of me using her new equipment. The final piece was the great affirmation on the journaling card.
Emiley
"Goal Getter" Design - Set up a goal-setting spread with photos of your fitness goals written on colorful sticky notes. Include journaling about your SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals and action plans.
I decided to use the journal cards as my “sticky note” elements and wrote a few of my health goals on them to serve as a reminder of what my priorities are this month! This will live in the Wellness section of my planner so I will be able to refer to it often!
Karidan
"Strength in Numbers" Design: Create a collage layout featuring group fitness activities like boot camps or group classes. Include photos of you and your fitness squad sweating it out together.
When I seen this prompt I knew I needed to finally do a spread of friend at my gym that I went to almost every day before Covid. Unfortunately it shut down due the pandemic and I have only recently found my groove again with my fitness routine. This family definitely was a LARGE part of my life and is a huge piece missing since 2020!
