Easy Halloween Decor with Chantal using the Haunting Collection!

I love Halloween and everything spooky. So my heart made a jump for joy when Traci showed us the new Haunting Collection. After 2 layouts my need for spookyness wasn’t satisfied yet. Sadly we don’t celebrate Halloween here in the Netherlands. I love the stickers in this collection and I knew I wanted them displayed somehow.

My mind started brewing and this project came up.

The letters are made from cardstock that I cut with my Cricut Maker. You can find the letters in the software or in different places online. After cutting all the pieces and putting the letters together it’s time to start decorating.

All the letters have a gold offset and an offset with the spiderweb paper. After that each letter got another layer of paper with a different designs. To give them more dimension used foam tape between each layer. By curving the wings of the bat slightly it looks like it’s flying.

Can you see the little ghost in the back? Placing him behind the letter gives the letter som extra interest and dimension. All stickers or diecuts are placed on the letter with foamtape.

You need an spiderweb on a Halloween project … that’s almost mandatory, and the opening of the O is the perfect place for this. And again curving the bat wings makes them fly. I had so much fun making these letters and gave them a nice place in the living room. And this project shows how versatile your digital kits are. The stickers are easily adjusted to size for each project.
