Traci here! On of my favorite things about having a creative team is bringing on fresh new faces (and scrapbooking styles) for guest spots and watching them flourish and thrive creatively! When I extended an invitation to Marci for a spot in March and April, I was so excited to see how she would use TRD products in her traditional scrapbooking and project life pages. Of course, she absolutely blew me away and created an amazing array of gorgeous projects using the Felicity, Tempest and Aflutter collections!

I would really like to thank Traci Reed for asking me to be a guest designer these last two months! I’ve been fortunate to work with not one but three amazing collections, Tempest, Felicity and Aflutter. I can’t pick a favorite so I am not going to try. Working with gorgeous collections makes the making process so easy and fun.

The Design Team has been so kind and supportive during my guest designer time. It has been a joy to work next to all these creative and brilliant designers and makers.

I really love the versatility of digital collections. My process when I receive a new digital collection is to print all the stickers first. I like having them in my hands so I can move them around on any layout as I am working. I find I can never have too many stickers and embellishments so I don’t worry about overprinting.

Personally, I do wait to print the paper and cards till I have a plan and am ready to use them. This allows me to resize as needed for my current project. This also saves me on ink and paper. I find this process gives me all the benefits of the digital collection.
