FAQ: Digital Kit? Journal Cards? Stickers!? Help! What do I buy!?
One of the most common questions I receive from new customers is: “If I buy the digital kit, are the cards, stickers, etc, included?” OR “Are the stickers and the digital embellishments the same thing?” So I thought I would write a definitive post explaining how my products work and what’s included in each collection!
A full collection of mine generally consists of:
Digital Kit
Patterns offered in various sizes
1 set of stickers
3 sets of cards (3x4, 4x6 and TN sized)
Additionally, especially for bigger events throughout the year, like December Daily, there may be additional stickers, cards, stamps and various other products.
I divide my products up into two categories: stuff designed with digital scrapbookers in mind (the kit + 12x12 papers and stamps) and stuff designed with hybrid scrapbookers in mind (basically everything else) for basically one reason: how easy it is to print.
What is a Digital Kit?
The digital kit consists of the 12x12 papers for a collection, plus digital alphabets and digital embellishments. The digital embellishments are designed with digital scrapbookers in mind so are not “sticker-like” but rather have various faux-textures (such as felt, rubber, glitter, chipboard) to give people who scrapbook solely on the computer a little depth in their layouts, just like a paper scrapbooker has!
This DOES NOT mean that you cannot print things from the digital kit, but it DOES mean that they will have textures that you may or may not want on your paper pages AND that there are no printable PDFs included with the kit.
What are the Standalone (generally printable) Products?
Other than the 12x12 papers, every other product in a collection is a standalone product, meaning that if you buy the kit, it will not be included.
The standalone products are cards, signatures, papers in smaller sizes, stamps and stickers. These are not included in the kit (which is why my collections are always so huge!) and always include printable PDF sheets and silhouette cut lines where applicable (with the exception of digital stamps)!

Question: Are the cards and stickers and extras included in the digital kit?
Answer: No. The Digital Kit consists of the 12x12 papers + Digital Alphabets + Digital Embellishments. A great rule of thumb is that if it’s not included in the previews for the product, it’s also not in the downloads!

Stickers vs. Digital Embellishments
Question: How are the stickers different than the digital embellishments?
Answer: The stickers are flat illustrations available on 3 printable sheets with silhouette-ready outlines. They have no faux-textures and are meant for paper scrapbookers to have that sticker-feel.
